Returns & Exchanges
We at BEdesign want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you wish to return your order, please begin the process by contacing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the case you have received a wrong, damaged or faulty item, please attach clear pictures of the item and its packaging to your email. We will process your claim, and you will be contacted about the exchange or return as soon as possible.
BEdesign customers have the right to return or exchange any product within 30 days of delivery. The customer has the right to return an item if:
1. The order has been cancelled according to the terms and conditions by notifying BEdesign within 30 days of delivery. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
2. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Clear pictures of a damaged item and its packaging must be included in the claim. A claim without pictures will not be accepted as a return or exchange if it cannot be established that the item has been damaged during the first shipping.
3. All the parts of the product are included in the package.
4. The item has been repackaged in its original or an equivalent package.
The item must be returned immediately after cancellation.
If you return or exchange an item, you are responsible for the risk of possible damage. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
