Returns & Exchanges
We at BEdesign hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase at www.bedesign.fi, you have the possibility of returning the products to us. If you wish to return your order, please begin the process by contacting us at email@example.com.
BEdesign.fi customers are eligible for a return:
- The order has been cancelled according to the terms and conditions by notifying BEdesign within (14) days from the date you received your order. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t exchange or offer you a refund.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. In the case you have received a wrong, damaged or faulty item, please attach clear pictures of the item and its packaging to your email. A claim without pictures will not be accepted as a return or exchange if it cannot be established that the item has been damaged during the first shipping.
- All the parts of the product are included in the package.
- The item has been repackaged in its original or an equivalent package.
The item must be returned immediately after cancellation.
If you return or exchange an item, you are responsible for the risk of possible damage. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
