Give the gift of choice
Shopping for someone else but not sure what to give? Give the gift of choice with a BEdesign Gift Card.
The gift card can be purchased at a value of 50€, 100€, 200€, 500€ or 700€. There are no additional processing fees. Contact us at hello@bedesign.fi if you wish to purchase a gift card at another value.
The gift card is delivered by email and contains instructions on how to redeem it. You can either print the gift card yourself or e-mail it directly to the gift receiver. The gift card is valid for 12 months, calculated from the day of purchase and can be used for all products in our webshop.
FAQ
Can a gift card be used more than once?
YES - a gift card can be used more than once provided there is still a balance left on it.
Can several gift cards be used toward a purchase?
YES - a customer can redeem more than one gift card during checkout.
Can I check the balance on my gift card?
YES - if the gift card is associated with a customer account, the customer in question can check the balance via the link in the gift card e-mail. For customers without a customer account, email us at hello@bedesign.fi and we will check the balance for you.
Can a gift card be used to pay shipping and taxes?
YES - the gift card is applied to the final order amount which includes both shipping and taxes.
Can a gift card be used to buy another gift card?
NO - you can not use a gift card to buy another gift card.

We ship worldwide and add more shipping destinations continuously. You can select your shipping destination at checkout. If you can’t find your country on the list below, please email us at hello@bedesign.fi to get a shipping quote to your destination.

SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES
We offer the following shipping methods:
For domestic shipping we mainly use Posti. Your order will be delivered to the shipping address or your local post office.
For European and international orders we use GLS, FedEx or DHL Express. Your order will be delivered to the shipping address, local post office or nearest pick-up point. The shipping cost is based on the destination, weight, and volume of the parcel and will be calculated automatically at checkout.
Europe: please allow 4-8 business days for your order to arrive, calculated from the day it has been processed. *due to stock availability
North America: please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive, calculated from the day it has been processed. *due to stock availability
Australia: please allow 10-15 business days for your order to arrive, calculated from the day it has been processed. *due to stock availability
Rest of the world: please allow 5-15 business days for your order to arrive, calculated from the day it has been processed. *due to stock availability
You may be able to track your order within 24-48 hours after it has been processed and you have received your tracking to your e-mail address or phone number. Please note that the availability of tracking information depends on the destination country.
If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.
We at BEdesign hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase at www.bedesign.fi, you have the possibility of returning the products to us. If you wish to return your order, please begin the process by contacting us at orders@bedesign.fi.
BEdesign.fi customers are eligible for a return:
- The order has been canceled according to the terms and conditions by notifying BEdesign within (14) days from the date you received your order. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t exchange or offer you a refund.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. In the case you have received a wrong, damaged or faulty item, please attach clear pictures of the item and its packaging to your email. A claim without pictures will not be accepted as a return or exchange if it cannot be established that the item has been damaged during the first shipping.
- All the parts of the product are included in the package.
- The item has been repackaged in its original or an equivalent package.
The item must be returned immediately after cancellation.
If you return or exchange an item, you are responsible for the risk of possible damage. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you for some reason decide to not pick up your parcel, we are not able to refund you the shipping costs once the parcel has returned to our warehouse.
